The Difference Is Visible

SIMPLE 15-MINUTE UPGRADE
How to fit your new filters correctly first time round
Lift your Model Y's front trunk (frunk) to access the air intake compartment. No tools needed for this step.
Gently unclip and lift the underhood apron panel to reveal the filter housing underneath.
Using a screwdriver, unscrew the retaining screws securing the filter housing cover in place.
Lift off the cover and carefully pull out your old, worn filters, this is where you'll see just how much they've been blocking.
Place your new HEPA filters into the housing first, making sure they sit flush and aligned with the original mounting points.
Add the new activated carbon filters on top, then reattach the cover and screws your Model Y is ready to breathe cleaner air.

Real Experiences
Your cabin filter works quietly every time you drive. But over time, dust, pollen and airborne particles build up in the filter and you may start noticing the difference. Less Fresh Air A filter that has been working for months can become loaded with dust and particles. Replacing it helps refresh the filtration system and maintain a cleaner-feeling cabin. Unwanted Odours If you notice an unpleasant smell when the ventilation or AC starts, it may be time to check your cabin filters. Activated carbon helps reduce unwanted outside odours for a fresher-feeling interior. A Fresher Cabin A new filter means a fresh filtration surface between the outside air and your cabin helping create a cleaner and more comfortable environment every time you drive. Refresh What You Breathe Inside Two fresh HEPA + Activated Carbon filters. One simple maintenance upgrade. A cleaner-feeling cabin, ready for the next journey.

Mickael R. Fast shipping and product exactly as described in the description. Highly recommended seller
Joris T. This cabin air filter fit well in my 2022 Tesla model Y. They actually seem of better quality than the original.
Rick M. Easy to install (after watching a couple YouTube videos). Tools supplied were good enough to get the job done, but a drill makes it much easier. Fit was good, quality was also very good.
Yoan V. Good and almost like the original. Everything fit and it doesn't smell strange. So far satisfied for the low price. It was really necessary
Mohamed B. They are quite different from the original ones; they are thinner and feel like plastic to the touch, but they fit 100%. Honestly, I would NOT buy them again!
Alexander S. Perfect. They are identical to the original ones for my 2023 Tesla Model Y Long Range.
James P. The filters in my tesla model y performed exceptionally well, exactly as advertised. They significantly enhanced the heating system, making it much more efficient and comfortable. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and effectiveness of these filters. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their vehicle’s heating.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes , this kit is engineered specifically for Model Y models from 2020 through 2026, covering both the original "Legacy" body and the newer "Juniper" refresh. If you're not sure which version you have, check your delivery date: vehicles delivered from early 2025 onward are typically Juniper. Either way, the filter housing location and dimensions are the same across both versions, so fitment is not an issue this is a direct OEM-match replacement, not a universal filter forced to fit.
Each filter has a printed arrow on its frame indicating the correct airflow direction this arrow should always point toward the cabin (inward), matching the airflow direction shown in your installation guide. Installing a filter backward won't damage your car, but it will significantly reduce filtration efficiency, so it's worth double-checking before closing the cover. If you're ever unsure, our step-by-step photo guide on this page shows the exact orientation for each of the four filters.
Not at all this is a beginner-friendly job. No special tools or mechanical experience are required, just a basic screwdriver. Most owners complete the full replacement in under 10 minutes, working directly from the frunk. We've broken it down into 6 simple steps with photos above, so you'll know exactly what to expect before you even start.
We recommend replacing the carbon cabin filters roughly every 12 months or 12,000-15,000 miles, and the HEPA filters approximately every 2-3 years, depending on your driving environment. If you regularly drive in high-traffic, dusty, or high-pollen areas, replacing them slightly more often will keep filtration performance at its best. A simple way to check: if you notice reduced airflow or a musty smell from your vents, it's usually time for a change regardless of the calendar.
The activated carbon layer is what handles this specifically it's designed to adsorb gases and odor-causing molecules (like exhaust fumes, diesel smell, and general road pollution) rather than just trapping solid particles. This is different from the HEPA layer, which focuses on physical particles like dust, pollen, and fine debris. Together, the two layers cover both what you can see (particles) and what you can smell (fumes and odors).
No, these are not washable or reusable filters, and we want to be upfront about that rather than let you damage a filter trying. Washing a HEPA or activated carbon filter breaks down the fine fiber structure and saturates the carbon layer, permanently reducing filtration performance even if it looks clean afterward. These are designed as scheduled replacement parts, not cleanable components which is also why we sell them as a 4-piece kit, so you always have the full set ready when it's time to change them.
